You can pay by check by filling in the form below or by emailing the following information to support@worshiptraining.com or by faxing the following information to 1-800-574-3053. Once your check is processed (within 24-48 hours), we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to access your Membership.

Please note that checks are processed through PraiseCharts, our parent company.
