My Account
How do I create an account? – We offer both free and and premium accounts. You can learn more about WorshipTraining accounts here.
Can I reset/change my password? - Yes. You can reset your password here. After you enter your email address or username, we’ll send you an email to confirm the change. Click the link in that email and you’ll be given the opportunity to update your password.
I’m a church admin: how do I add users to my church account? – You can add them using the feature on the top bar of the site. See instructions here.
How can I add an existing free user to my church membership? – Existing user accounts cannot be imported into a church membership. You will need to delete the free account first to free up the user’s email address before setting him/her up as part of your church membership.
How do I cancel my account? – You can cancel your account by filling in this online form.
Do you have a refund policy? – Yes. You can try us out for 30 days. If you change your mind during that time, just send us an email and we’ll refund your payment. After 30 days, refunds will not be issued, but you can cancel before your next payment comes out.
How do I edit my profile? – Log in. On the right sidebar, click on My Profile. Then click Profile, and then Edit Profile. You can also click on Change picture to update your profile image.
Course Questions
Do I need to take the course over specific dates? - Many of our courses are available at fixed times throughout the year but almost all of our courses are also available to self-directed take at any time. Just choose a Course and select the self-directed option and then work away at your own pace. You can mix and match your program with self-directed and scheduled courses – whatever works for you.
How do I know which courses to choose? – You can take courses in any order. If you’d like some ideas, you can check out the WorshipTraining customizable Training Program.
I’m behind in a scheduled course… should I catch up? – It is up to you. You may choose to finish the course at your own pace. Or you may wish to skip the assignments that you missed, catch up with the group, and come back to them at the end.
Certificate Questions
I have questions about the Certificate program…where can I find answers? – There is a list of frequently asked questions on the Certificate page. If you don’t find you answer there, please contact our support team using the contact info at the bottom of this page.
Media Questions
How long are your training videos? – There are hundreds of training videos, audios and more in the Media Library. They vary in length from 2 minute to over an hour. Some are very technical/practical in nature while others focus on underlying ideas that will help strengthen your worship community.
How do I discover new media? – When you create an account with WorshipTraining, you’ll begin to receive weekly Team Builder emails from us that feature new and featured media. Another great way to browse our media is to look at the Courses page. Courses are essentially a series of media items that are already pre-packaged for you. Or you can always use the search function in the Media Library.
How can I access the media? – All of our media is available for streaming online via Mac, PC, iPad, or any other modern internet device. Most media items are also available for download (Church Membership required).
Webinar Questions
What is a webinar? – A webinar is an online seminar. We run webinars frequently on a variety of worship related teaching topics.
Are your webinars recorded? – No, not at this time.
What gear do I need? – You will need a computer and an internet connection. Having a microphone is a bonus if you want to ask a question live during the webinar but it is not required.
Do I need any special software? – Nope. You can access the webinar on any Mac or PC without any special software. Anything you need will be provided when you click the link to join the webinar.
How do I log on when the webinar begins? – When you register you will receive an email with a link to log on to the webinar. You just need to click it a few minutes before the webinar is set to begin.
Can I interact with others during the webinar? – You can ask questions to the moderator via the webinar chat window at any time. You can also post comments on twitter with hashtag #worshiptraining to interact with others on the webinar.
Can I participate from my country? – Yes, you can join the webinar from any country.
Blogs
How do I get my blog on WorshipTraining? – You can create a new blog on WorshipTraining.com by clicking on the Create a Blog button here. You may import posts from an old blog if you wish. Unfortunately, we’re unable to draw in RSS content from outside blogs at this time.
