Hi, i’m Mike Kirk and i do live sound for my church and some lighting, i am looking to find out more information about sound and i want to make it into a occupation long term.

I’m Kevin from Illinois and I do some live sound for church services but mostly run power points and make recordings of live church services. I have no formal training but I am seeking to learn what I can.

Hello, I’m new here, My name is Tim Chandler, I currently serve our church ”The Church at Bethel” in Thorsby, Alabama as a sound tech minister for a decade now. I have had no formal training nor did I have any experience when I started, I’ve learned a lot over the years, now I’m interested in finding a certificate or diploma program to build on what I’ve already learned and enhance it to go deeper. I forgot about this site, I’m thinking of going and subscribing to the quarterly subscription of Worship Training on here, I assume that means every 4 months! Is anyone planning on attending the Gurus of Tech conference in the Chicago area this May 21-22? I’m looking for someone to share hotel and vehicle space with, as I’ll be on my own and probably flying in from Minneapolis/St. Paul.
