Hey guys, well I have been a pastor myself and also part of a worship team, where I lead worship and also back up by playing for some who lead worship, well when your trying to help churches with worship, how do you tell the pastor to actually not interfere with worship? I mean the worship team does not teach the pastor how to preach right? So why do pastors teach and intefere with the worship guys? Sorry guys since I am a pastor I am being very upfront
