Hi, my name is Patrick and I currently live in New Jersey! I’ve been very blessed to be working for Evangel Church in Scotch Plains for the past two years as the Music Director. I’ve been married to the love of my life, Katie, for coming up on one year (August 1st is our anniversary). Hi, my name is Garth. Recently joined WorshipTraining in May to obtain the Worship Leadership Certification. This will be my fourth course, so continue to look forward to the studies.

I have about twenty-five years of worship experience; nine years were as Director of Worship. For those nine years, I served as a Director of Music and Worship Leader in a variety of worship styles, and directed choirs, praise bands, and orchestras.

Currently reside in Seattle and visit Boise frequently.

Hey Everyone! I’m Doug Lawes from Big Pine Key, FL. I am 20 years old, and am one of the worship leaders here at Keys Vineyard Community Church. My strong suit is playing the lead guitar though! I am a senior in college – I take online classes from St. Leo University. I will be done at the end of May 2012 and cannot wait to finish. I am looking forward to growing with these classes!

I’m Sharné. I’m from Port Elizabeth, South Africa. I absolutely love it here.
I am on staff at Fountain Vineyard Christian Fellowship as the worship pastor. I’m passionate about intimate and authentic worship so I’m very excited about this course.
Other than music and worship I’m crazy about movies, dancing (I am a hip hop dance instructor), reading and the sun.

Hello all, I’m Nathan. My wife and I live in Saskatoon, SK. Canada (where it’s just turned snowy and cold almost overnight) with our six kids. I work in a New Holland Ag manufacturing plant as a painter/trainer/”oops, we scratched this… can you fix it?” guy.

Used to lead worship at a Vineyard church which we outlived. Looking forward to taking the course with you all. Nice to see some new as well as familiar faces.

Hi, my name is Rachel. I live in Santa Cruz, CA. I moved hear a few years ago to help start a Vineyard church. I now serve as the worship leader and church administrator. I also work at a book store. I live a few blocks from the beach but I’ve found that I love to look at the ocean more than be on the beach or in the ocean. I’m grateful for my community for they help me grow towards God. I look forward to getting to know you more and getting involved with this online community again. Good job worshiptraining folks! I love what you’ve done with this online campus!

I’m Jackie from Atlanta, GA. I am not currently involved on a worship team, but look forward to being apart of one in the future. I’m a drummer and also play some guitar, which I am learning at the moment with great friends! I have completed Essentials blue and red, so green is next on the list! I’ve learned a lot in these courses thus far and am ready for more. I look forward to learning with all of you!

Hi! I’m Ruth from the UK. I’m an artist and a musician. I have played the clarinet for about 30 years. My church is a Baptist churrch where I play in the Worship Band on Sundays. Recently I’ve taken on musical director of the Youth Band from rising 11s – 15 year olds. It is challenging but also very rewarding!! I have done Essentials Blue and now finishing Essentials Red. I’m wanting to grow in my faith in God but also to grow in maturity. I suppose I’m in a kind of a rut with playing the clarinet in the worship band. Its easy to hide behind your instrument, but I think God has other plans!!! I’m a single parent with 3 young people who are 19 , 14 and 13 years old.

Hi, My name is Debra. I am from Peoria, Arizona. Two years ago I was asked to be part of a church plant from Vineyard North Phoenix. So, about 15 or so of us planted Reveal Vineyard in Surprise, Arizona. I think we are up to about 300 to 400 people now. I oversee the Women’s Ministry and sing bgv on our worship team. I at times co-lead worship as well. I play guitar, a bit of the mandolin and banjo. Essentials Green is my first course and I am very excited to see what God has in store for me.
