Thank you, Dan. It’s a beautiful examination. May the Lord continue to work in your life to encourage, exhort, teach and admonish members of this community of worship ministers. What a blessing it would be if every member hear these words.
That was a very touching video and it has really opened my eyes. Thank you and god bless you
Dan, this is so good – should be a pre-requisite to access the other courses!
Wow. I’ve never looked at the role of a sound tech through those glasses, thanks.
I have most recently examined my life, my purpose and my intentions for doing everything I do. I have had to cut out things, repent for doing things for selfish gain and also refine my heart towards God. I have never felt so liberated and free in Christ. I determine in my heart to do things for the Glory of God. After all, only things done for and In Christ’s name will remain….everything else is futile.
An imperative, and often overlooked, aspect of service. God’s timing is impeccable. I’ve reached about seven years heading up the sound ministry, and He’s now placing people in new roles. Just as the sound board is exchanging hands, I’m assured in knowing that all things are only for a season. Now it’s time to let someone else be blessed with the role I once held. I’m excited to see where God will bring me next so that I may better serve Him.
Wonderful. Thank you!
Thanks so much for your transparency Dan! This was a very inspiring from the heart message. I Love the aspect of reference to humility! You are a great example to me as a seasoned worship leader, musician, pastor, teacher… Friend!
