I love downbeat time! I have electric guitar players that can take 45 minutes to set up! Thanks for that language Dan.
I also text my whole team and sound guy when I am leaving that morning (45 mins before rehearsal). I usually text something ridiculous and funny.
@mikeobrien I love the ridiculous text idea. It does subtly, and with play, get the brains moving to “Well, I’d better get going then” and away from video game before them. Great idea!
